English musician, singer, songwriter, astrophysicist, and photographer. He is best known as the lead guitarist of the rock band Queen. In Queen's three-part vocal harmonies, May was generally the lower-range backing vocalist. On some of his songs, he sings the lead vocals: Who Wants to Live Forever (Highlander), Mother Love, I Want It All and the theme from Flash. Full lead vocals on Some Day One Day, Good Company, Long Away, All Dead, All Dead & Sleeping on the Sidewalk.
